Assignment 1: Shutter Speed Q: How does shutter affect the image in a photograph?
Now that we have a basic understanding of how aperture and shutter speed work you will complete your first assignment. For this assignment you will take photos that show your understanding of shutter speed. You will hand in two photos that show a subject frozen in motion (ie: fast shutter speed) and two photos that show motion or movement (ie: panning or burred motion with slow shutter speed). You will place these four photos into a Google Presentation titled: Assignment 1 - Shutter Speed. Each photo should be on a separate slide and include the shutter speed and aperture for the photo as well as a sentence or two explaining how you took the photo (including technical details). Share your document to vgray@rvschools.ab.ca.
